Bob Berman
is a private dealer in the Philadelphia area. Berman Gallery specializes in
quality furniture and accessories from the American Arts and Crafts movement
circa 1890-1920, as well as good 20th century design up through the 1960s. This
includes art pottery, lighting, paintings and prints, metal work, along with
Chinese Deco and Navajo rugs. Mission Oak furniture by Gustav Stickley,
L&JG Stickley, Stickley Brothers, Limberts, Harden, J.M. Young, Lifetime,
Rholfs and Roycroft are some of the makers we handle. Art Pottery by Fulper,
Rookwood, Van Briggle, Newcomb, Grueby, Jugtown, Ohr and Rhead are just a few
of the potteries we look for. There is also interest in Modern 1950s pieces by
Craftsmen/designers; Frank Lloyd Wright, George Nakashima and Wharton Esherick.
Bob Berman has been handling quality 20th century design for over three
decades and is a nationally recognized and respected expert. We are actively
